At MissterVerse, we offer free shipping across the U.S. to ensure a convenient and seamless experience for our customers.


In-Stock Product Shipping

Enjoy fast and reliable shipping from our overseas warehouses in the United States. If you select an in-stock product available in your region, it ships directly from the nearest warehouse for quick delivery.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on weekdays.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

If the product you’ve chosen is unavailable in our local warehouses, we will arrange direct shipping from our factory to ensure prompt delivery. This process usually takes about 2 weeks.


Need delivery to a FedEx/UPS store? Simply specify the store address at checkout, or let us know before the package is shipped. (Important: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.)


Production Orders

For customized orders, your doll is crafted directly at our factory with care and precision.

  • Production Time: Completed within 1 week.
  • Shipping Time: After production, delivery typically takes about 2 weeks.
  • Total Time: From production to delivery, expect your customized doll to arrive in approximately 3 weeks.

MissterVerse partners with FedEx and UPS to provide reliable, timely, and discreet shipping services. These trusted carriers help us ensure your order arrives safely and on time.


Customs Duties & Taxes

In some countries, import taxes may be required upon delivery. These typically range around $100, depending on the product and local regulations. As the buyer, you are responsible for these fees. However, our team is here to assist you throughout the process.

  • USA: No import taxes or fees.
  • Hawaii and Alaska: For orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse, a $200 remote area fee applies due to extended delivery distance.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow 1–3 days for the tracking to update in the courier’s system. If it doesn't update after 3 days, feel free to contact us at support@MissterVerse.com.

Still Haven’t Received Your Order?

  • Marked Delivered but Not Received: Contact the courier company immediately and notify us so we can assist.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Inspect your package upon arrival. If damaged, take photos/videos and file a claim with the courier. For incorrect products, provide unboxing photos and we will arrange a replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Do not return or reject the package without authorization. The address on the box is not valid for returns.
  • Ensure the doll’s inner packaging is unopened to qualify for a return.

Shipping Restrictions & Address Requirements

  • No P.O. Boxes: Please provide a valid street address.
  • Restricted Destinations: Due to legal reasons, we do not ship to Islamic countries, India, Brazil, Moldova, or most African countries.

Your privacy matters. All items are shipped in plain brown boxes with no logos or content descriptions.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Random customs checks may occur — please check your email regularly for clearance documents.
  • We do not ship to Africa or most Middle Eastern countries.
  • Shipping times may vary due to natural disasters, epidemics, wars, or social unrest.

 Is the packaging discreet?

Absolutely. At MissterVerse, your privacy is our top priority. All products are shipped in plain brown boxes, with no logos, labels, or content descriptions related to sex or adult toys. The sender’s name is also neutral. Whether it’s delivered to your home or picked up at a FedEx/UPS location, no one will know what’s inside but you.

We process orders within 24–48 business hours and ship within 48–72 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). If your order hasn’t shipped, it may be due to:

  • High volume during holiday seasons
  • Inventory transfer from factory to warehouse
  • Custom-made product production time
  • Payment confirmation delays (e.g. Klarna, PayPal)

  • Click the link in your email to track the shipment directly
  • Or manually enter the number on the UPS or FedEx website
